Change & Cancellation of Course Registration |
Starting from 2021 Fall Semester, Change & Cancellation of Course Registration will be operated as below. ※ 2021 Fall Change & Cancellation of Course Registration : 2021. 9. 1. ~ 9. 7. (not on Sat/Sun) - Below - 1. “Cancel-Time Difference for Course Registration” is A. A method of setting a time lag between the time of dropping a course to registering (open spot due to cancellation) to prevent selling or buying of classes B. Informing students in advance of the number of seats to be cancelled and the time for to seats to be opened for course registration so that students who wish to take the course can apply for the seat at the indicated time 2. Operating criteria A. Time period and target : all classes during the course registration change period B. method : Accumulate opening seats resulting from cancellation during the course dropping period and provide available seats at the remaining seats opening time collectively C. ※ In addition to start time(10:00), remaining seats open time will be proceeded separately only 1 time (13:00) on Day 1~4 during the course registration change period, and 3 times on the last day (13:00, 14:00, 15:00) ※ For the course registration screen, refer to 4. 4. Applying the “Cancel-Time Difference Course Registration System” on course registration screen guidance ※ The number of remaining seats and opening time are indicated on the course registration screen, and the corresponding remaining seats cannot be registered until the remaining seat open time. 
A. Remaining seats open time : time to register for seats that are available due to cancellation B. 여석(대기) Remaining seats (standby) : the number of seats available for registration at the time indicated in 1) by the number of cancellations C. For more detailed explanation on how it works, refer to the “Cancel-Time Difference Course Registration System” Guide attached 5. Note to Students A. Cancellations that occur between 15:00 and the end time (16:00) on the last day of course registration change will not be provided as a remaining seats. Students who wish to cancel a class should cancel the course before 15:00 on the last day of the course registration change so that a seat can be provided to other students. B. If the major department decides to adjust the number of people for the course during the course registration change period, the remaining seats indicated on the course registration screen and the actual remaining seats reflected at the time of vacancy may be different. C. Make sure to check your course registration details and your final class schedule from the Web Information System (HUFS Portal)
