국제지역대학원 전기 학위수여식 안내  

2023년도 전기(2023. 02. 17. 졸업) 국제지역대학원 학위수여식에 관한 일정 및 절차를

아래와 같이 안내해드리오니 졸업생 여러분의 많은 참석바랍니다.

-  아  래  -

1. 학위수여식 일시 : 2023. 2. 17(금) 오전 10:00

2. 학위수여식 장소 : 미네르바 콤플렉스 오바마홀(지하복합시설)

3. 석사학위 학위 수여 및 가운대여

   - 학위수여식에는 09:30까지 가운을 착용한 후, 학위수여식장의 지정된 좌석에 착석하시면 됩니다.

     ※ 단상에는 석사학위 대표자 1명 및 박사학위수여자 전원이 지정된 차례대로 올라가 학위를 받으며

        석사 대표자 및 박사학위수여자를 제외한 졸업생의 학위기는

        학위수여식 이후(11:00 예정) 교학과에서 배부   

   - 가운대여 기간 : 2023. 2. 15(수) 10:00 ~ 2. 17(금) 09 :20

     ※ 졸업식 당일 혼잡스러우니 가운대여는 가급적 미리 진행하여 준비하시기 바랍니다.

     ※ 학위수여식 참석이 불가한 졸업생을 위해 졸업식 이후,

        이틀간(2023. 2. 21(화) ~ 2. 22(수) 대여예정

   - 대여 장소 : 국제관 1층 안내실(111호)

4. 가운대여(석사과정)

   가운대여신청서(첨부파일)를 작성하여 국제지역대학원 교학과(대학원 102호)에 가운대여비(5,000원)와 함께 제출한 후,

   국제관 건물 안내실(수위실)에서 대여

5. 박사학위 학위 수여

 - 박사학위 취득예정자는 총장, 국제지역대학원장이 개인별로 학위기를 수여하므로,

   당일 9시 30분까지 개인별로 준비한 가운을 착용한 후 학위수여식장의 지정된 좌석에 착석

 ※ 박사학위취득 대상자는 가운을 대여하지 않으므로 자체적으로 준비하셔야 합니다.

    (학위가운 대여 업체 : 학위사(1588-4838), 춘추사(02-312-6661, 362-0086) 등, 후드색상은 첨부파일 참조)

 - 박사학위취득 대상자는 참석여부를 반드시 2월 10일(금) 15시까지

   국제지역대학원 교학과(TEL.2173-2448, doogey@hufs.ac.kr)로 알려주시기 바랍니다.

 - 당일 단상 위 학위수여자의 경우, 학위수여식장 도착이 늦게 되면 학위수여에서 제외되오니 유념하시기 바랍니다.  

6. 대출도서 미 반납자는 2월 10일(금)까지 도서관에 도서를 반납하여 주시기 바랍니다.

   (미반납시 추후 증명서 발급이 불가)

GSIAS Winter COMMENCEMENT

GSIAS Commencement will be held on 17th, February 2023. Please check out the information below. 

- Information-

1. Commencement Date: 10AM, 17th February 2023

2. Venue: Minerva Complex Obama Hall, Seoul Campus, HUFS

3. Gown Rent(Only for Master degree)

  - Gown rent period : 10:00, 15th(Wed) ~ 09:20, 17th(Fri), February

   ※ For those who cannot participate the ceremony,

      you may also rent the gown during the designated period below.

      10:00, 21(Tue) February ~ 09:20, 22(Wed), February

  - Procedure :

    a. Submit the attached Rental application form to GSIAS office and pay your rental fee(5,000 won

    b. Rent your gown at the reception of the international building.

     c. Please sit in the designated seat at Obama Hall until 09:30 at 17th, February.   

     One representative of Master degree graduates will receive the diploma at the ceremony.

    d. When the ceremony is finished(around 11:00), you can receive your degree at the GSIAS office.

    ※ Please return your gown to the reception after use.

4. Doctoral Degree

   - All doctoral degree awardees will receive their diplomas at the commencement ceremony 

   - Doctoral degree students have to prepare Ph.D’s Gown by yourself and

      sit in the designated seat at Obama Hall until 09:30 at 17th, February.   

    ※ Rental of Ph D.’s gown is available from rental shop(ex, 학위사(1588-4838), 춘추사(02-312-6661, 362-0086))

   - Please let GSIAS staff know whether you are attending or not until 3:00 p.m., 10 Feb 2023.
