Foreigners that are intending to stay in Korea for more than 90 days after entry are required to register at the local immigration office having jurisdiction over your place of sojourn within 90 days after the arrival in Korea.
Please note that you will be fined minimum 200 USD if you do not register within 90 days after entry to Korea.

Although Korea University Hospital is a bit far from HUFS it has an International Health Care Center where doctors and nurses are fluent in English and other languages.
