Necessary Documents Related Form  | 1. Application form (Apply on-line & print the application form and send it to us through airmail, or visit us) 2. A letter of self-introduction (Download it from the website and print it and submit it to us) 3. Collection of personal information consent form (Download it from the website and print it and submit it to us) 4. Certificate of graduation or enrollment of final education 5. ID photo (Please stick it to the application form) 6. The receipt of payment of application fee(copy possible) 7. Evidential documents regarding the ability of foreign language fluency (only to those relevant) |
