2024년 2학기 순수외국인 어학 및 성적장학금 신청 안내

1. 종합정보시스템 계좌번호 등록 : 필수 (미등록시 자격 취소됨)

- 예금주명 : 한글 이름 (영어 입력 불가)

2. 언어능력(어학) 우수장학금

① 신청자격 및 신청기간

4. 장학금 신청 방법

① (주의) 본 장학금의 경우, 기존 이메일로 장학금 신청했던 방식을 더 이상 사용하지 않음

② 2021-2학기부터 한국외대 외국인유학생종합지원센터 홈페이지(https://issc.hufs.ac.kr) “장학금 신청 시스템”을 통한 전산 신청 방식으로 변경되었음

③ 외국 국적의 등록한 학부생들만 로그인 가능하며 아닐 경우, 경고창 후 로그인 페이지로 재이동됨

④ 자격이 되는 경우, 어학 및 성적 장학금 둘 다 신청 가능하며 각각 신청해야 함

⑤ 홈페이지 내 장학금 신청 시스템 클릭(링크) -> 로그인(종합정보시스템 계정) -> “APPLY” 버튼 클릭하여 해당 장학금 신청 -> 필요서류 업로드 -> 서류 정상 제출(업로드) 시 자동으로 장학금 신청 내역 페이지로 이동됨 (만약 업로드 된 내역이 없을 경우, 경고창 및 리턴 처리되므로 서류 업로드 필수)

※ 반드시 9월 27일(금)까지 한국외대 외국인유학생종합지원센터(HUFS ISSC) 홈페이지 장학금 신청 시스템을 통해 신청하셔야 하며, 신청 기간 내 신청하지 않은 경우, 장학금 지급이 불가함을 알려드립니다.

※ 장학금 선정 결과는 10월 중 안내될 예정입니다.

2024-2 Scholarship for International Students

1. Register your account number on HUFS Portal(WIS): Required (otherwise your scholarship will be cancelled)

2. Language Skills Scholarship

① Eligible Student and Application Period

Who can apply	① Undergraduate students at Seoul and Global Campus who are attending the 2nd to 8th semester (Freshman students / Students on a leave of absence / Students who attend language school / Graduate students are not eligible to apply) ② Students who got 12 or more credits from their previous semester ③ Students with valid language test results (See table below)

Required Documents	① Scholarship Application Form (Check the attached file) ② Copy of the certificate of your language test result (Within the valid date)
Note	① Previous recipient of the scholarship can also apply, but only for the higher level ② Recipients of full-scholarships are not eligible to apply

4. How to apply

① For this scholarship, the method of applying for the scholarship via email is no longer used.

② From the second semester of 2021, the scholarship application method has been changed to an electronic application through HUFS ISSC Homepage(http://issc.hufs.ac.kr) Scholarship Application System.

③ Only enrolled undergraduate international students can log in. Otherwise, an alert will pop up and you will be taken back to the login page.

④ If eligible, you can apply for both Language Skills and GPA-based Scholarships. (If so, you need to apply for each)

⑤ Click "Scholarship Apply System" on the homepage (Link) -> Log in with your Web Information System account -> Click “APPLY” button to apply for the scholarship -> Upload required documents -> If all the documents are successfully submitted(uploaded), you will be automatically directed to the Scholarship Application History page (If there is no uploaded document, a warning window will appear and the application won＇t be processed, so you must upload the documents)

※ You must apply for the scholarship via Scholarship Application System mentioned above by September 27th(Fri). If you do not apply within the application period, you will not be eligible for the scholarship.

※ Scholarship result will be announced in October.

2024年 2学期 外国人奖学金申请指南

1. 在综合信息系统填写账号 : 请务必填写 (未填写时取消资格)

- 예금주명(储户名) : 韩文姓名 (不用填写存折上的英语姓名，确保账号正确就可以)

2. 语言成绩奖学金

① 申请对象及日程

4. 奖学金申请方法

① 以往通过邮件申请奖学金的方式将不再使用（请注意）

② 2021-2学期开始，变更为通过韩国外大外国人留学生综合支援中心 (HUFS ISSC http://issc.hufs.ac.kr) 官方网页的 “奖学金申请系统” 进行网上申请

③ 只有外国国籍的学部生可以登入，否则将会收到提示并再次移动至登入页面

④ 如果合格，语言和成绩奖学金均可申请，必须分别申请

⑤ 点击奖学金申请系统 (LINK) -> 登入（综合信息系统账户）-> 点击APPLY按钮申请奖学金 -> 上传所需文件 -> 正确提交后会自动连接至奖学金申请详情页面 [如无上传明细，则显示警告窗口，不予处理（即, 必须上传）]

※ 请务必在9月27日(周五)之前通过奖学金申请系统申请，如在奖学金申请期间没有申请奖学金，则不予以发放奖学金

※ 奖学金选定结果将于10月中旬公布
