As wireless communications technology extends its range of applications, the demand for radio resource has increased rapidly. Although various multimedia services are continually introduced, the radio spectrum that can be assigned for the services is very restricted. Mobile Networks Laboratory performs research on the radio resource management for wireless and mobile networks that support multimedia communications services. Specifically, our recent research focuses on the Cognitive Radio Systems and the Relay Systems including the Mesh Networks and Cooperative Communication Systems.
