Aims and Scope
INContext is a collaborative journal bringing together the Language and Intercultural Studies Institute (LISI), the Korean Association of Public Translation and Interpretation (KAPTI), the University of Indonesia and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU).
INContext is a unique international and interdisciplinary journal that encourages innovative research in language related subjects including but not limited to technical, scientific and literary translation and conference interpretation as well as intercultural studies dealing with various regions and identities.
INContext publishes original research articles with a theoretical, empirical or applied approach. In addition to the regular issues, proposals for special issues will be considered by the editors.
Only quality papers that meet the standards of INContext will be reviewed. After an initial screening by the editor, all submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review. While the official language of INContext is English, submissions in other languages will be considered by the editors.
