Exchange Students


 

 

If you were nominated as an exchange student, you should complete and submit the following documents to the international office at your university:

▣Application Form for Exchange Program (International Office Validation Required)

▣Application Form for International Summer Session

Apply Online! 

▣Health Examination Form

▣Application Form for Dormitory (Seoul Campus)

※ Exchange students need to contact and apply through the international office at their home institution.

※ List of supporting documents for Exchange students

● A brief essay which includes your personal history and your plan of study
● 1 copy of your academic transcript
● 1 certificate of current enrollment at your home university(institution)
● 2 photos (3*4 cm)
● 1 copy of your passport
● Health Examination Form
● 1 copy of evidence of proficiency in English language or reference letter(if required)

ALL
(including Chinese students)

   -Plese note that chinese exchange students can apply for a student visa (D-2-F) directly at the embassy or consulate of the Republic of Korea in China fromMarch 01, 2010. 

Visiting Students

If you are an independent applicant for the study abroad program, you should submit the Application Form to HUFS
International Affairs Team.

If you want on-campus housing, please submit the Application Form for Dormitory.

We will not process incomplete application forms. Please make sure that you have completed all sections of the application form and provided all required attachments.
