[Your responsibilities] - owning end to end client expert communications, spending a significant part of your day on the phone screening and negotiating with relevant experts to position the best possible matches for your clients＇ requests. - leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify and engage with relevant experts. - understanding the project and market context and the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate. [Requirements] - strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above) - Fluent English & Japanese is required (JLPT N1) - Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university. - Relevant internship experience [Interview Journey] 1) English Resume (required) > Video assessment (if needed) > 1R interview > Case Study interview> Final interview
