2025년 1학기 순수외국인 어학/학업성적/TOPIK응시료 장학금 신청 안내

1. 종합정보시스템 계좌번호 등록: 필수 (미등록시 자격 취소됨)(첨부파일 확인)

- 예금주명: 한글 이름 (영어 입력 불가)

2. 언어능력(어학) 우수장학금

① 신청자격 및 신청기간

신청자격	① 2~8학기 재학 중인 서울캠퍼스 및 글로벌캠퍼스 순수외국인 학부생 (신입생, 휴학생, 어학당학생, 대학원생 신청 불가) ② 직전학기 12학점 이상 이수자 ③ 유효한 어학성적이 있는 자 (아래표 참고)
신청기간	2025년 4월 16일(수) 10시 ~ 2025년 4월 22일(화) 15시
필요서류	① 장학금 신청서 (첨부파일 확인) ② 해당 어학성적표 (유효기간 이내여야 함) * 위 두 서류를 하나의 파일로 합친 후 업로드해야 함
유의사항	① 낮은 등급으로 장학금을 받은 학생은 높은 등급의 장학금을 수령 가능 ② 전액 장학금 수혜자 신청 불가

3. 학업성적 우수장학금

신청기간	2025년 4월 16일(수) 10시 ~ 2025년 4월 22일(화) 15시
필요서류	① 장학금 신청서(첨부파일 확인)

4. TOPIK 응시료 지원 장학금

신청자격	① 정규 8학기 내에 재학 중인 서울캠퍼스 및 글로벌캠퍼스 순수외국인 학부생 (휴학생, 어학당학생, 대학원생 신청 불가) ② TOPIK II 시험 응시자(말하기 평가 제외) ※ 재학 중 2회까지 신청 가능 ※ 정부초청장학생(GKS) 신청 불가
신청기간	2025년 4월 16일(수) 10시 ~ 2025년 4월 22일(화) 15시
필요서류	① 응시료 장학금 신청서(별도 양식 게시 예정) ② 해당 TOPIK II 성적표
장학금액	최대 55,000원(IBT 시험도 동일)

5. 장학금 신청 방법

① 1) 어학/학업성적 장학금: 장학금 신청 시스템 이용(아래 ④ 참고)

2) TOPIK 응시료 장학금: 별도 구글폼 이용(4/22 신청 양식 게시 예정)

② 장학금 신청 시스템은 외국 국적의 등록한 학부생들만 로그인 가능하며 아닐 경우, 경고창 후 로그인 페이지로 재이동됨

③ 자격이 되는 경우, 어학/학업성적/TOPIK응시료 장학금 모두 신청 가능하며 각각 신청해야 함

④ 유학생지원센터 홈페이지 내 장학금 신청 시스템 클릭(링크) -> 로그인(종합정보시스템 계정) -> “APPLY” 버튼 클릭하여 해당 장학금 신청 -> 필요서류 업로드 -> 서류 정상 제출(업로드) 시 자동으로 장학금 신청 내역 페이지로 이동됨 (만약 업로드 된 내역이 없을 경우, 경고창 및 리턴 처리되므로 서류 업로드 필수)

※ 반드시 4월 22일(화) 15시까지 장학금을 신청하셔야 하며, 신청 기간 내 신청하지 않은 경우, 장학금 지급이 불가합니다.

※ 장학금 선정 결과는 5월 중 안내될 예정입니다.

2025-1 Scholarship for International Students

1. Register your account number on HUFS Portal(WIS): Required (otherwise your scholarship will be cancelled)(Check the attached file)

- Account holder: Name in Korean (Cannot type in English)

2. Language Skills Scholarship

① Eligible Student and Application Period

Who can apply	① Undergraduate students at Seoul and Global Campus who are attending the 2nd to 8th semester (Freshman students / Students on a leave of absence / Students who attend language school / Graduate students are not eligible to apply) ② Students who got 12 or more credits from their previous semester ③ Students with valid language test results (See table below)
Application Period	April 16th(Wed) 10:00 ~ April 22nd(Tue) 15:00
Required Documents	① Scholarship Application Form (Check the attached file) ② Copy of the certificate of your language test result (Within the valid date) * The above two documents must be combined into one file and then uploaded
Note	① Previous recipient of the scholarship can also apply, but only for the higher level ② Recipients of full-scholarships are not eligible to apply

3. GPA-based Scholarship

Who can apply	① Undergraduate students at Seoul and Global Campus who are attending the 2nd to 8th semester (Freshman students / Students on a leave of absence / Students who attend language school / Graduate students are not eligible to apply) ② Students who got 12 or more credits from their previous semester ③ Students whose previous semester GPA is above 3.5 ※ Recipients of full-scholarships are not eligible to apply ※ Recipients of other GPA-based scholarships(학장, 학과장 장학금) are not eligible to apply

4. TOPIK Exam Fee Scholarship

	Contents
Who can apply	① Undergraduate students at Seoul and Global Campus who are attending the 1st to 8th semester (Students on a leave of absence / Students who attend language school / Graduate students are not eligible to apply) ② TOPIK II takers (excluding the Speaking test) ※ A student can apply up to twice during their enrollment at HUFS ※ Excludes GKS scholarship recipients
Application Period	April 16th(Wed) 10:00 ~ April 22nd(Tue) 15:00
Required Documents	① TOPIK exam fee scholarship application form(separate form to be posted) ② Copy of your TOPIK score report
Scholarship Amount	Up to 55,000 KRW (Same amount for TOPIK IBT)

5. How to apply

① 1) Language Skills/GPA-based: HUFS ISSC Homepage Scholarship Application System (See ④ below)

2) TOPIK fee: Google Form (The form will be posted on 4/22)

② Only enrolled undergraduate international students can log in the system. Otherwise, an ａlert will pop up and you will be taken back to the login page.

③ If eligible, you can apply for Language Skills, GPA-based, TOPIK Fee Scholarships. (If so, you need to apply for each)

④ Click "Scholarship Apply System" on the homepage (Link) -> Log in with your Web Information System account -> Click “APPLY” button to apply for the scholarship -> Upload required documents -> If all the documents are successfully submitted(uploaded), you will be automatically directed to the Scholarship Application History page (If there is no uploaded document, a warning window will appear and the application won＇t be processed, so you must upload the documents)

※ You must apply for the scholarship by April 22nd(Tue) 15:00.

If you do not apply within the application period, you will not be eligible for the scholarship.

※ Scholarship result will be announced in May.

2025年 1学期 外国人奖学金申请指南

1. 在综合信息系统填写账号 : 请务必填写 (未填写时取消资格)(附件确认)

- 예금주명(储户名) : 韩文姓名 (不用填写存折上的英语姓名，确保账号正确即可)

2. 语言成绩奖学金

① 申请对象及日程

提交材料	① 奖学金申请书(附件确认) ② 语言成绩证明书 (需在有效期内) * 上述两份文件必须合并为一个文件，然后上传
注意事项	① 以低等级语言成绩取得过奖学金的学生还可以以高等级再申请一次 ② 全额奖学生无法申请本奖学金

4. TOPIK考试费用支援奖学金

申请资格	① 1-8学期的首尔校区以及国际校区在学外国人学生 (休学生, 语学院生, 大学院生不能申请) ② TOPIK II 考试考生（不包括口语评估） ※ 每位学生在在校期间最多可申请2次 ※ 不包括GKS奖学金获得者
申请时间	2025年4月16日(周三) 10:00 ~ 2025年4月22日(周二) 15:00
提交材料	① 考试费奖学金申请表 (即将推出) ② TOPIK II 成绩单
奖学金额	最高55,000韩元（TOPIK IBT考试也适用此金额）

5. 奖学金申请方法

① 1）语言/学业成绩奖学金：使用奖学金申请系统（见下文④）

2）TOPIK 考试费奖学金：使用单独的 Google 表格（申请表将于 4/22 日发布）

② 只有外国国籍的学部生可以登入，否则将会收到提示并再次移动至登入页面

③ 如果合格，奖学金均可申请，必须分别申请

④ 点击奖学金申请系统 (LINK) -> 登入（综合信息系统账户）-> 点击APPLY按钮申请奖学金 -> 上传所需文件 -> 正确提交后会自动连接至奖学金申请详情页面 [如无上传明细，则显示警告窗口，不予处理（即, 必须上传）]

※ 请务必在4月22日(周二)15:00之前申请，如在奖学金申请期间没有申请奖学金，则不予以发放奖学金

※ 奖学金选定结果将于5月中旬公布
