2021학년도 2학기 학부 수업방식 안내

우리 대학은 코로나19 상황 속에서 구성원들의 안전과 학습 효과 제고를 위하여 2021학년도 2학기 학부 수업을 아래와 같이 운영하고자 합니다.

이는 7월 7일 이후 코로나19 확진자가 연일 1,000명을 넘어서면서 수도권의 사회적 거리두기 단계가 4단계로 격상된 비상상황에 처한 시점에서 학교 구성원 여러분이 2학기 학사 운영을 미리 예측할 수 있도록 우선적으로 원칙을 안내하는 것입니다. 다만, 개강 2주 전인 8월 18일(수) 기준으로 사회적 거리두기가 3단계로 개선될 여지가 없을 경우, 우리 대학은 개강 초 3주간 (9월 22일(수), 추석연휴 종료일까지) 비대면수업 방식으로 운영될 예정입니다. 그 이후의 수업방식은 최소 2주 전에 공지하여 사전에 준비할 수 있도록 하겠습니다.

1. 기본원칙

-. 강좌별 수업방식은 ‘강의계획서’ 및 ‘강의시간표’에 표시됨.

-. ‘수강정원’은 수강신청단계에서 강의시간표 상 과목별로 표시되는 수강최대(제한)인원을 의미하며,

   추후 수강신청 결과(증원/취소/변경)를 반영한 실제수강인원에 따른 수업방식의 변경은 없음.

-. 가을학기에 미러링 수업방식은 원칙적으로 시행하지 않음.

-. 다만, 대면수업은 입국하지 못한 외국인학생과 자가격리 중인 학생들을 위하여 온라인 송출

   또는 녹화강의 병행실시를 원칙으로 하고, 그러한 학생이 없는 강좌는 대면수업만 실시함.

3. 비대면수업 진행 방법

비대면수업은 실시간 온라인 강의(WebEx, Zoom, Google Meet 등 활용)나 실시간 50분 학습활동

(강사 본인이 제작한 영상자료, 소모임활동, 질의응답 등을 포함)으로 진행됨.

4. 수업 관련 주요 안내사항

-. 수업일수 : 15주 + 보강주간 운영

-. 성적평가 : 특별한 사정이 없는 한 상대평가를 원칙으로 함

-. 부득이한 사유(증명 서류 제출)로 수업이 불가한 학생에 대한 유고결석 인정 등, 학생 불이익을

   최소화해 주시기 바람(ex. 코로나 확진, 자가격리, 백신 접종 등의 사유)

-. 비대면 수업을 위한 공간을 확보함(별도 공간 마련 및 공지)

-. 대면수업 시 강의실 입실 전 손씻기와 강의실 내 마스크 착용 및 환기 등 방역수칙을 준수함

-. 대면수업을 위한 강의실 방역 지침 : 수강생의 2배수 크기 강의실 배정 및 필요 시 즉시 사용

   가능한 소독액(예 : 70% 에틸알콜) 등을 배치함

- 10월 4일(월)까지 전면 비대면 수업 기간 연장 -

코로나19로 인한 정부의 사회적 거리두기 4단계가 연장됨에 따라

우리 대학은 10월 4일(월)까지 모든 수업을 전면 비대면으로 진행합니다.

10월 5일(화) 이후 수업 방식은 별도의 사전 공지가 없는 한 아래의 “2021-2학기 학부 수업운영 방식(2021.7.23.)”에 따라 진행될 것입니다.

10월 5일(화) 이후 수업 방식은 별도의 사전 공지가 없는 한

아래의 “2021-2학기 학부 수업운영 방식(2021.7.23.)”에 따라 진행됨을 재공지합니다.

1. 기본원칙

-. 강좌별 수업방식은 ‘강의계획서’ 및 ‘강의시간표’에 표시됨.

-. ‘수강정원’은 수강신청단계에서 강의시간표 상 과목별로 표시되는 수강최대(제한)인원을 의미함.

2. 사회적 거리두기 단계 별 수업운영

※ 현재 정부의 사회적 거리두기는 4단계(〜10월 4일까지)이지만,

10월 5일 이후 거리두기 단계가 3단계 이하로 완화될 경우 제한적 대면수업을 진행합니다.

- 11월1일 이후 -

우리 대학은 “2021-2학기 대학의 단계적 일상회복을 위한 2학기 학사 운영 방안”(교육부 권고사항) 등을 고려하여, 11월 1일(월)부터 코로나19로 인한 사회적 거리두기 단계와 무관하게 아래의 기준에 따라 대면수업과 비대면수업으로 구분하여 강의를 진행합니다. 

<대면수업 관련 학내 방역조치는 추후 별도 공지 참조>

* 강좌별 수업방식은 ‘강의계획서’ 및 ‘강의시간표’에 표시됨.

* ‘수강정원’은 수강신청단계에서 강의시간표에 과목별로 표시된 수강최대(제한)인원을 의미함.

* ‘비대면(학기 전체)’로 안내된 수업은 학기 말까지 비대면으로 진행함.

2021 Fall Semester Undergraduate Class Delivery Information

- As of July 23, 2021 -

In order to ensure the safety of our community and deliver quality learning during COVID-19, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies will operate undergraduate classes in the Fall 2021 semester as follows:

As the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases surpassed 1,000 every day since July 7, the social distancing level in the metropolitan area has been raised to level 4. The current situation is the underscoring how the university is planning for academic operations in the fall. However, if the level of social distancing is not reduced to Level 3 by Wednesday August 18 (two weeks before the start of the semester), all classes will be delivered online for three weeks until September 22 (the end of the Chuseok Holiday). The delivery method for classes after this date will be announced at least two weeks in advance so that you can adequately prepare.

1. Basic Overview

-. The class delivery method will be stated on the syllabus as well as lecture schedule.

-. 'Class capacity' means the maximum (limited) number of students indicated for each class on the course schedule at the course registration stage, and there is no change in the class method according to the actual number of students taking the course registration results (increase/cancellation/change) reflected in the future.

-. In the fall, simulcast (mirroring) classes will not be offered in general.

-. In principle, however, all face-to-face classes will be conducted with online or recorded lectures for students who have not entered the country and for students still under self-quarantine. For classes without such students, only face-to-face delivery will occur.

Non-face-to-face classes include real-time online lectures (using WebEx, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) or real-time 50 minute learning activities (including video materials produced by the instructors themselves, small group activities, Q&A, etc.)

4. Important Class Information

-. Semester Length: 15 weeks + Class Make Up Week

-. Grade Evaluation: “Relative Evaluation” unless there are special circumstances

-. Acknowledgment of absenteeism for students unable to attend classes for unavoidable reasons (ex. contracting COVID-19, self-isolation, vaccination, etc.). Proof must be submitted to minimize any disadvantage to students.

-. Face-to-face classes will have secure spaces allotted (further details will be announced).

-. All face-to-face classes comply with COVID-19 precautions, such as sanitizing hands before entering the classroom, the mandatory wearing of face masks, and ventilating classrooms.

-. Classroom safety guidelines for face-to-face classes: twice the capacity of the number of enrolled students, providing disinfectants for students to use (e.g., 70% ethyl alcohol), etc.

- Online class delivery extended until Monday, October 4 -

Since the government has extended the period of level 4 social distancing until October 4th, HUFS will also follow this provision and conduct all undergraduate classes online until this time.

From Tuesday, October 5th, classes will be delivered according to the 2021 Fall Semester Undergraduate Class Operation Method (published July 23rd, 2021) unless specified otherwise.

As noticed earlier on September 8th(Wed), from October 5th(Tue), classes will be delivered according to the notice of 2021 Fall Semester Undergraduate Class Delivery Method (published July 23rd, 2021, as below) unless specified otherwise.

-. The class delivery method is stated on the syllabus and the lecture schedule.

-. ‘Class Capacity’ refers to the maximum (limited) number of students for each class indicated on the course schedule during the course registration period.

2. Class Delivery Method by Social Distancing Level

※ Although the government's current social distancing level in the metropolitan area is level 4(until October 4th), either face-to-face or online classes according to the “Basic Overview” will be conducted in case the distancing level is eased to level 3(or under) from October 5th.

Classes will be delivered in the following manner (see the table below) regardless of the social distancing level in the metropolitan area from November 1st, 2021.

2021学年第2学期本科课程授课方式

为了提高在校成员在COVID-19形势下的安全和学习效果，我校拟在2021年第二学期如下进行授课。

因自7月7日起，每日新冠确诊人数连日超过1,000人，学校将此公告作为运行原则，以便在校成员可以在首尔市区的社交距离等级已提升至4级的非常时期提前预测第2学期的运行情况。但，截至8月18日（星期三），即开学前两周，如果社交距离没有下降至第3等级，我校将在开学后的前3周（9月22日（星期三）至中秋假期结束为止）线上进行授课。之后的课程将至少提前两周通知，以便提前准备。

-.‘课程人数’是指在选课阶段中标注在各科课程时间表上的可选课人员数上限，不会因选课结果（增员/取消/更改）等的实际学生人数改变上课方式。

-.原则上，秋季学期不会进行线上线下同步授课（미러링）。

-.但，对于尚未入境的外国学生和自我隔离中的学生，则在线发送课程视频。

或者，将同步进行线下以及线上（或录制授课内容）授课作为授课原则，没有此类学生的课程只进行线下授课。

4. 课程相关的主要注意事项

-. 上课天数：15周+补课周

-. 成绩评定：原则上进行相对评定，除非有特殊情况。

-. 请尽量减少由于不可避免的原因（需提交证明文件）而无法上课的学生会受到的不利影响，例如因故缺勤（例如新冠疫情扩大、自我隔离、接种疫苗等）。

-. 请确保进行线上课程的空间（提供专用空间并进行公告）

-. 在线下授课时，请遵守进教室前洗手、戴口罩、教室通风等检疫规则。

-. 线下授课教室隔离指南：准备两倍于学生人数的教室， 保障必要时可立即使用。

尽可能放置消毒液（例如 70% 乙醇）等

- 10月4号（一）为止，延长全面线上授课期间 -

  由于COVID-19，根据政府的“社会距离4阶段”延长，10月4号（一）为止本校把所有课程用线上进行。

  除非提前发公告，10月5号（二）之后的授课方式以“2021-2学期授课运营方式（2021.7.23.）”进行。

※虽然目前仍处于社会距离等级4级阶段（～10月4日为止），但10月5日期若等级降为3级以下则将有限制的进行线下授课。

针对《作为2021-2学期大学阶段性恢复日常生活的第2学期学术运营计划》（教育部建议事项公文），学校决定从11月1日（周一）开始，不考虑因新冠疫情导致的保持社会距离阶段，而根据以下标准将课程分为线下和线上授课方式。

* 各科目授课方式将在 ‘강의계획서（课程计划书）’和‘강의시간표（课程时间表）’中标注。

*‘课程人数’是指在选课阶段中标注在各科课程时间表上的可选课人员数上限。

*被告知为‘线上授课(全学期)’的课程，将以线上授课方式持续到学期末。
